This Privacy Policy explains how Rithora IT Services Private Limited (“RIT Services”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data when you visit www.rithoraitservices.com or contact us. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, for clients and visitors in the EU/UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Rithora IT Services Private Limited (CIN: U72200HR2022PTC108373), with its registered office at 413 Godota Chowk, Hodal, Faridabad, Haryana — 121106, India. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@rithoraitservices.com.
2. The data we collect
Data you give us
When you submit our contact/enquiry form or message us, we collect:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone number (optional);
- Your business type and what you’re looking to build; and
- Anything else you choose to tell us in your message.
Data we collect automatically
Like most websites, our servers record limited technical information for security and reliability — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use one essential cookie only where needed to keep a session secure (for example, if you log into a client or admin area). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation, quote or services you ask for;
- To deliver, support and improve the websites, apps, CRMs and automation we build for you;
- To send you information you request and, where relevant, service-related updates;
- To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent misuse or fraud; and
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Our legal basis
Under the DPDP Act we process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and for the legitimate uses permitted by the Act. Under the GDPR our bases are your consent, the performance of a contract (or steps you request before one), our legitimate interests in responding to and running our business, and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 8).
5. How we share it
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our hosting provider and our email delivery provider — and only so far as they need it to perform that service for us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Where your data is processed
We are based in India and process data primarily in India. Because we serve clients in India and overseas (including the UAE, Australia and New Zealand), your data may be accessed from, or transferred to, those locations. Where the GDPR applies, we take appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA/UK.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- Correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Erase your data, or restrict how we use it;
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave; and
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf (DPDP Act).
To exercise any of these, email info@rithoraitservices.com and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires. If you are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority.
9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secured infrastructure — to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Please review it periodically.
12. Contact us
